I am really excited to close 2017 and look forward to the year ahead. The end of a year is a great opportunity for us to reflect on the past and plan for the future. The most important thing we can do however, is enjoy the moment. 2017 was a year of celebration! In 2017 my first book was published, "The Project Manager: Life is a Project." It was a milestone for me and I am very grateful to my family and friends for supporting me and making my dream become a reality. In addition, I survived my first year at Regent University toward my PhD in Organizational Leadership. This journey has taught me to improve my time management and to be open to asking for help when I need it. I finished my four year journey with the Office of Personnel Management Executive Leadership program and the experience and friends I have made through this program continue to enrich my life.
